With the completion of Stage 24, Chedworth Properties is excited to release the next stages of Greenhill Park – Stages 22 and 23. Work on the Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre is progressing well, with all drainage now complete and contractors pouring footpaths and kerbs. We expect this stage to be completed in March 2026 and titles being issued mid 2026. Management is still working with potential tenants for all of the proposed buildings, and aiming to start work on the 1st stage of the centre (i.e. the supermarket) in 2026....

With the Resource Consent now issued CPL is finalising the builder for the 1st stage of the town centre, which will include the construction of the supermarket. Building Consent will be lodged in the following months following detailed design. Stage 24 subdivision work is off to a great start with drainage lines already being installed for the northern section of the stage. The contractors are now working on the southern section and work is progressing well.
