Draft conditions have been received from Council. These are now being reviewed, and we expect the resource consent will be approved in the new few weeks. Engineering approvals are to be sought, and we are gearing up to start civil works in the next few months.
Webb Drive
Webb Drive is now complete! This will be handed over to Council over the next few months and then opened to the public from there.
Stage 24
Chedworth Properties is excited to release the next stage of Greenhill Park – Stage 24. Sections are available for SALE!
Stage 24 will be slightly different from other stages, given it is accessed off Fairview Downs (Radiata Street and Raliegh Street).

Stage 18 - Titles issued. All sections now SOLD or UNDER CONTRACT.
Stage 19 – Titles issued. This stage is SOLD OUT.
Stage 20 – Titles issued. All sections now SOLD or UNDER CONTRACT.
Stage 21 –Titles expected May 2025.
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Webb Drive extension – Work Complete!
Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – Resource Consent lodged and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.

You may have noticed some earthworks being undertaken in the area east of Webb Drive. This is the future residential development Area Q, which will follow on from the completion of development west of Webb Drive.
