Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Area Q plans are being finalised after further discussions and feedback from HCC, and we anticipate those will be completed over the next few weeks. From there the draft conditions will be reviewed, and we will work towards final approval.
Neighbourhood Centre

New Playground for Greenhill Park
Construction on the new playground for Greenhill Park has gone very well and the construction work is now complete! The final inspections and certifications will be undertaken in the next few days and from there the playground will be opened to the public. We are very pleased with how this playground looks and look forward to seeing it being well utilised by the Greenhill Park community. The topsoiling for the park area adjacent to the playground will be finalized over the next few weeks, and we do ask that residents please stay off this area until the grass has established.
Stages 22 & 23
Stage 22 services are now installed, and kerbs and footpaths are currently being poured. Stage 22 is currently on track for titles to be issued at the end of 2026/early 2027. All sites in Stage 22 are now either SOLD or UNDER CONTRACT.
Stage 23 construction is scheduled to commence later in 2026 following completion of Stage 22, with titles being issued around mid 2027. Stage 23 sections are still available, view availability and pricing here.
