Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Resource Consent for the Area Q Land Development Plan is being worked through, and CPL is meeting with HCC to discuss remaining details of the overall plan this week.
Neighbourhood Centre
Site works are now completed and titles have been issued!
We are looking forward to progressing with the construction of the buildings in this area and providing the Greenhill Park community with a range of retail and commercial services.

New Playground for Greenhill Park
Site works for the playground are completed and work on the playground itself will be undertaken through July. We are looking forward to seeing this come together and become a great feature for the residents of Greenhill Park.
Stages 22 & 23
Stage 22 is progressing very well with drainage now mostly completed, and services now being installed. The services install will be undertaken over the next few weeks, leaving roading and landscaping to finish construction of this stage. Stage 22 is currently on track for titles to be issued at the end of 2026.
All sites in Stage 22 are now either SOLD or UNDER CONTRACT. Stage 23 sections are still available.
