New Playground for Greenhill Park Underway
Work is underway on a new playground for Greenhill Park. This will be located at the northern end of the Neighbourhood Centre, adjacent to Carrs Road, providing easy access for new and existing residents. The playground has been designed by specialist playground designers, and will include swings, slides and play features for little ones (and their parents!) to enjoy.
Site works will be undertaken in May/June and the playground will be constructed in July. At this stage it is expected the playground will be open around August once the final certifications have been issued.
Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Resource Consent for the Area Q Land Development Plan is currently being processed by HCC. We are currently discussing technical matters and working through those items in detail. Chedworth Properties is pushing hard to get a good result for the project and our build partners as we continue to grow Hamilton City together.
Neighbourhood Centre
Civil works are now complete, and works clearance has been approved by HCC. The S223/224 application has been submitted to Council and is expected to be completed by early June. We expect titles to be issued in late June.

Stages 22 & 23 - New Stages Available
Our contractors have made a great start on Stage 22 with drainage nearing completion, services nearing installation, and roading works underway. We expect works on Stage 22 to be completed around September, with titles expected in late 2026.
All sites in Stage 22 are now either SOLD or UNDER CONTRACT. Stage 23 sections are still available. View Stage 23 Sections.
