Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Area Q plans have now been agreed with HCC, and we are awaiting the draft conditions. Based on the agreed plans, Area Q will deliver a further 389 sections within Greenhill Park, across eight stages over the next 6–8 years.
Neighbourhood Centre

New Playground for Greenhill Park
The new playground is complete and open to the public. It is great to see the playground already being well used by the community. Enjoy!
Stage 22
Stage 22 construction is progressing well, with the concreting team well into pouring kerbs, footpaths and parking bays. The sections are being topsoiled as the stage nears completion. Works remain on track for completion in late September, with titles expected later in 2026.
Stage 23
Stage 23 construction is scheduled to commence later in 2026 following completion of Stage 22, with titles being issued around mid 2027. Stage 23 sections are still available, view availability and pricing here.
