Webb Drive Extension Construction
Work continues the Webb Drive extension to the southern boundary of Greenhill Park. New stormwater culverts are now installed along the southern boundary, and we are working on the pavement design for the road itself. Construction on the road is expected to commence in the next few weeks.
Area U Earthworks
Area U earthworks are now nearing completion with topsoil going down over the fill. This area will eventually be developed as Stage 24 made up of 45 sections.
Key Dates
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Stage 20 – Titles are now ISSUED.
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024
Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
