The engineering team has submitted the detailed engineering drawings to HCC who are currently processing the Engineering Plan Approval, which has included detailed flood modelling. This will be worked through over with HCC and the team is working hard to gain approvals and start site works in the coming weeks....

With the Resource Consent now issued CPL is finalising the builder for the 1st stage of the town centre, which will include the construction of the supermarket. Building Consent will be lodged in the following months following detailed design. In the meantime, the Engineering Approvals for the civil works have been lodged and are currently being processed by Council....

Stage 24 subdivision work is off to a great start with drainage lines already being installed for the northern section of the stage.
