Stage 23
Stage 23 construction has commenced, with earthworks and drainage works already well underway. Stage 23 works will include the completion of a large neighbourhood park and the planting of the swales that run along Webb Drive and Carrs Road, which will complete development of the LUK area.
We expect titles to be issued around mid 2027. Stage 23 sections are still available. Please get in touch for site availability and pricing.
Neighbourhood Centre
Site works are now complete and titles have been issued. We have had a huge amount of interest in the retail spaces, and are working with experienced operators on the medical centre and the supermarket. Best Start have their resource consents and are planning to commence works on the childcare centre in the next few months. Learn more about the Neighbourhood Centre.
Stage 22
Stage 22 is complete! We remain on track for titles to be issued in December 2026, and are looking forward to seeing new homes constructed in this stage next year.
Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Area Q draft conditions have been received, and feedback has been provided to HCC. We are awaiting a response to those comments and expect the resource consent to be issued once this is finalised. Detailed engineering approvals will then be sought from HCC for the first stages of Area Q (Stages 27 and 28).
Area Q will deliver a further 389 sections within Greenhill Park, across eight stages over the next 6–8 years.
