Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Area Q DRAFT conditions have been received, and feedback has been provided to HCC. We are awaiting a response to those comments and, from there, expect the resource consent to be issued.
Area Q will deliver a further 389 sections within Greenhill Park, across eight stages over the next 6–8 years.
Neighbourhood Centre

Stage 22
Stage 22 works are practically complete, with asphalt now laid, lights and trees installed, and all services and drainage completed. Only a few concrete pours remain, with the HCC walkover scheduled for next week. We remain on track for titles to be issued in December 2026.
Stage 23
Stage 23 construction is scheduled to commence soon following completion of Stage 22, with titles being issued around mid 2027. View availability and pricing here.
