Stages 22 & 23 - New Stages Available
With the completion of Stage 24, Chedworth Properties is excited to release the next stages of Greenhill Park – Stages 22 and 23.
Stage 22 has been released to our building partners, and the response has been great - 35 of the 41 sites now SOLD. We have 6 sites left, ranging from 285m2 to 433m2. We are about to start construction on Stage 22 in March 2026 and at this stage, are expecting titles by the end of 2026.
Given the success of the Stage 22 release, we have also released Stage 23. Of the 50 sites in this stage, 26 are already UNDER CONTRACT. We expect to start construction of Stage 23 later in 2026, and expect titles mid/late 2027 (TBC). Available sections range from 210m2 to 436m2 .

Neighbourhood Centre
Work on the Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre continues to progress with concrete being poured and gearing up for roading and asphalt to be laid. The project is currently on track for completion in March 2026 and we are expecting titles for this area to be issued mid 2026.

Stage 24 - Titles Issued
Stage 24 is now complete, and titles were issued on 11 February 2026. We are looking forward to seeing new homes being constructed in this stage as Greenhill Park continues to grow!
All sections in Stage 24 are now either sold or under contract, other than Lot 805. Details can be found via the link here.
Area Q - Land Development Plan Consenting
The Resource Consent for the Area Q Land Development Plan is progressing, with a S92 Further Information request being received from Hamilton City Council. The project team are working through these points now.
Area Q will provide further stages on the eastern side of Webb Drive, and is expected to be made up of another 390 sections.
