Stage 24 now completed and awaiting titles
Neighbourhood Centre
Work on the Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre is progressing well, with all drainage now complete and contractors pouring footpaths and kerbs. We expect this stage to be completed in March 2026 and titles being issued mid 2026.
Management is still working with potential tenants for all of the proposed buildings, and aiming to start work on the 1st stage of the centre (i.e. the supermarket) in 2026.
Stage 24 - Titles expected soon!
Stage 24 is now complete! Thank you to the purchasers in this stage and we are looking forward to seeing new houses being build in 2026. As construction went so well, we are currently finalizing the s223/224 with Council and expect this to be issued any day now. Titles are therefore expected to be issued in Feb 2026.
All sections in Stage 24 are now either sold or under contract, other than Lot 805. Details can be found via the links below.
Area Q
With the completion of Stage 24, only Stages 22 & 23 remain to be developed in the LUK Area of Greenhill Park. These stages will be constructed over 2026/27, and from there development will commence in the new Area Q – located east of Webb Drive.
Chedworth Properties has the resource consent process underway for Area Q with Hamilton City Council. Area Q is expected to yield another 390 residential sections ranging from high density sites to sites over 400m2, with construction of this area being undertaken in a 5 – 8 year timeframe.
