Neighbourhood Centre

Chedworth Properties has commenced construction of the roading network and services that extend through the future town centre. Drainage works and roading undercut are well underway and this work will continue through this summer into early 2026.

Stage 24

Stage 24 is now complete! Thank you to the purchasers in this stage and we are looking forward to seeing new houses being build in 2026. We are on track to have titles by March 2026.

All sections in Stage 24 are now either sold or under contract, other than Lot 805.

Area Q

With the completion of Stage 24, only Stages 22 & 23 remain to be developed in the LUK Area of Greenhill Park. Thise stages will be constructed over 2026/27, and from there development will commence in the new Area Q – located east of Webb Drive.

Chedworth Properties has the resource consent process underway for this area with Hamilton City Council. Area Q is expected to yield another 390 residential sections ranging from high density sites to sites over 400m2, with construction of this area being undertaken in a 5 – 8 year timeframe.

  • Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.

  • Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – CPL has commenced construction of the roading and drainage.
