Chedworth Properties has commenced construction of the roading network and services that extend through the future town centre. Drainage works and roading undercut are underway and this work will continue through this summer into early 2026.
Stage 24
Site works are nearing completion. Streetlights are up, concrete is 90% completed, and asphalt is now laid along both the Radiata and Raleigh Street extensions. The stage is being topsoiled, and hundreds of plants are already planted through the swale. This stage remains on track for title to be issued in early 2026.
All sections in Stage 24 and now either sold or under contract, other than Lot 805.
Chedworth Properties is currently assessing options for the next stage release as Greenhill Park continues to grow.

Glazing & Fencing Consent for LUK Area
A reminder that the Greenhill Park glazing resource consent is active and able to be relied on to reduce front façade glazing from 20% (as required by the new plan) to 10%.
