Neighbourhood Centre
The engineering approvals are being finalised with HCC currently, with sites works due to start once approved plans are received. We are also working with a number of potential tenants for the buildings and looking forward to announcing tenancies are those are formalized.
Stage 24
Concrete is being poured and roading well underway. Streetlights are booked to go up early October and landscaping will be completed from there. Despite some recent rain days, Stage 24 remains on track for completion before the end of 2025 and titles in March 2026.
All sections in Stage 24 and now either sold or under contract, other than Lot 805. Thank you to all builders and purchasers who have supported Greenhill Park for Stage 24 – we are very pleased with the uptake of this stage and look forward to working with you. Lot 805 is the last lot currently available in Stage 24 so if you are interested in purchasing, please get in touch!

Glazing Consent
