Neighbourhood Centre
The engineering team are currently working through the detailed design of the engineering plans for the Neighbourhood Centre, and management are continuing discussions with potential tenants. The site works are planned to commence in late August/early September, subject to HCC engineering approvals.
Stage 24
Works continue to progress well on site. Public drainage is complete and services are in (other than the water connection being done by HCC) for the Radiata Street extension. Drainage is well underway for the Raliegh Street extension and services are being installed now. The roads have been rocked ready for kerbs.
Currently all on track for completion before the end of 2025 and titles in March 2026. For more information and section pricing, please see our website.

Glazing Consent
The glazing resource consent with HCC is progressing well. A couple of key changes have been made which include:
For all single detached dwellings, a minimum of 10% of the ground level frontage shall contain clear glazing.
For all single detached dwellings, there must be at least one clear glazed window from a bedroom, kitchen or living room that has a minimum size of 2m² on the street frontage of the building at ground level.
Removal of the existing outdoor living space conditions of the Greenhill Park consents, providing for more flexibility in the provision of living spaces.
1.8m fences with 50 % visual permeability in front of the building line will be provided for per the design guidelines.
This resource consent will simplify the design and consenting process for builders in Greenhill Park. We are currently awaiting the draft conditions from Hamilton City Council.
