Neighbourhood Centre
With the Resource Consent now issued CPL is finalising the builder for the 1st stage of the town centre, which will include the construction of the supermarket. Building Consent will be lodged in the following months following detailed design. In the meantime, the Engineering Approvals for the civil works have been lodged and are currently being processed by Council.
Stage 24
Works continue to progress with drainage nearing completion and services install now underway. The roading undercut has commenced in preparation for kerbs to be poured following services install.
At this stage we are expecting construction work for the subdivision to be completed by the end of the year, however this does depend on how much rain we get over winter! From there titles will be applied for and we expect these between March and May 2026. For more information, please see our website.

Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – Resource Consent approved, site works due to commence mid 2025 and construction on Stage 1 buildings expected to commence late 2025/26.

20% Glazing Requirement
Hamilton City Council implemented Plan Change 12 on 24 December 2025. As part of the new plan, Rule 4.3.4.8 (Public Interface) was introduced that requires 20% glazing for street facing house frontages. As this could mean resource consent would be required for some builds in Stages 16 to 26, Chedworth Properties has lodged a resource consent seeking to reduce the restriction from 20% glazing to 15% excluding the garage. The resource consent is currently being processed by Council. We aim to have this approved to avoid the need for resource consents under the 20% glazing standard for builders in Greenhill Park.
