Stage 24 subdivision work alongside the recently completed Webb Drive
Stage 24
Stage 24 subdivision work is off to a great start with drainage lines already being installed for the northern section of the stage. The contractors are now working on the southern section and work is progressing well.
At this stage we are expecting construction work for the subdivision to be completed by the end of the year, however this does depend on how much rain we get over winter! Neighbourhood Centre
Draft conditions have been received from Council. These have been reviewed and the final points being discussed. We expect consent will be issued within the next week. Engineering approvals are to be sought, and we are gearing up to start civil works in the next few months alongside Building Consent work for the supermarket.
Area Q Earthworks
The earthworks at the northern end of AREA Q are now completed and hyroseed has been sprayed. This area will be grassed and ready for future development! We expect to start subdivision work in this area after 2027.

Stage 20 – Titles issued. All sections now SOLD.
Stage 21 –Titles Issued! High Density Block Available.
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Webb Drive extension – Work Complete!
Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – Resource Consent lodged and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
