Webb Drive sealing now completed
Webb Drive
Webb Drive construction is nearing completion! All of the HiLab 60 and 40 layers have been completed, and sealing works are now finished. Streetlights and signage will now be installed and planting will be undertaken to complete the physical works for this significant piece of infrastructure.
Neighbourhood Centre
The neighbourhood center resource consent application is progressing well and the S92 Further Information request has been responded to. We are now awaiting draft conditions from HCC. We are on track to have resource consent issued in the next few weeks. From there engineering approvals will be applied for and building consent work for Stage 1 (the supermarket) will commence.
Key Dates
Stage 18 – Titles Issued. All sections now UNDER CONTRACT.
Stage 19 – Titles Issued. This stage is SOLD OUT.
Stage 20 - Titles Issued. All sections now UNDER CONTRACT.
Stage 21 - Titles expected May 2025.
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Webb Drive extension – Roading work finished, and physical works expected to be completed in April 2025.
Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Resource Consent lodged and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
