Swale 3 – Construction underway
starting with the decommissioning of the
sediment control pond
Webb Drive and Swale Network
Webb Drive currently runs from Pardoa Boulevard to Carrs Road. This will eventually extend to the Waikato University and complete the “Spine Road” through Ruakura. Chedworth Properties has started the engineering design process for the remainder of Webb Drive through Greenhill Park to the southern boundary of the development. As part of the construction of Webb Drive, a new stormwater swale network will be constructed including Swales 5, 6A and 6B. Swales 3 (see image above) and 4 will also be completed prior to that work being undertaken.
The construction of from Carrs Road to the southern boundary of Webb Drive and Swales 5, 6A and 6B is expected to start later in 2023/early 2024.
Stages 18, 19 & 25A - Now Completed!
Stage 18 is completed with titles issued 13 April 2023
Stage 19 is completed with titles issued 8 June 2023
Stage 25A is completed on site with titles expected August/September 2023

Stage 20
Stage 20 construction works are progressing well with drainage, SIL, and services now completed with the service trenches backfilled. We are about to start concrete with kerbing booked for the first week of August.
