Stage 18 & 19 completion BBQ with our valued contractors
Stage 18
Stage 18 is complete and the s223 and s224C applications have been granted. Titles were applied for through LINZ on the 6th of March, and are expected to be released early April 2023. With titles imminent, now is a great time to consult with your solicitor to facilitate settlement(s).

We are looking forward to seeing new houses being built in this new stage.
Stage 19
Stage 19 is now practically complete on site, with the Council walkover being completed on 15 March 2023. This was followed by a BBQ on site to say a huge thank you to our contractors and consultants who have delivered Stages 18 & 19.
The Works Clearance application is due to be lodged by the end of March, with the processing timeframe being around 20 working days. From there the s223 and s224C applications will be made, then the application to LINZ for titles.
Based on the current processing timeframes from Council and LINZ, titles for Stage 19 are expected early June 2023.
Stage 25A
Services are in and drainage has been completed. Work has now started on the roads, and concreting the access lanes that service the sites.
Stage 20
Stage 20 sections are now available for purchase, with construction anticipated to commence in April 2023 and titles to be issued in May 2024. Section numbers are limited (39 sites in total), so please get in touch with the team to secure the site(s) for your next build.
