Stage 20 – services completed and concrete works underway.
Stage 20
Stage 20 continues to progress with drainage, services and basecourse all completed. The concrete works are well underway with around 75% of the footpaths and carparks now poured. Following the completion of concrete final work on the road will commence.
At this stage the project is ahead of schedule, so looking very good for titles to be issued in May 2024 if not earlier.
